Lexington Eye Care has been established and providing eye care services to our community and as well as patients from other states/countries for over 20 years. Beside providing general eye care services (Routine eye exam and contact lenses fitting), we are highly focus in Myopia progression control and dry eye treatment.   Dr. Zhang's prefund training and experience makes him a trustworthy doctor to bring your children and whole family for eyecare services.  

Dr. Zhang is specialized and focus in Myopia progression Control using Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) which are procedures to correct and treat myopia and slow down its progression. Dr. Zhang is highly experienced and has been actively engaged in the practice of Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) with advanced technology (e.g. Wave design, Lenstar Axial lenses motoring ) for over 20 years. Besides Ortho-K (night contact lenses), he also fits Misight (FDA approved soft peripheral defocus lenses), GP multifocal lenses, low dose Atropine and newly FDA approved Stellest lenses. Dr. Zhang Is a Fellow and active member of American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control (FAAOMC) and International Academy of Orthokeratology (FIAO).
Our dry eye treatment center is equipped with most-advanced equipment like DA-2, Optilight (IPL) and Optilift (RF plus DMST) for dry eye diagnosis and treatment. Optilight (IPL) from Lumenis is the only FDA approved IPL for treatment of dry eye and Meibomian gland dysfunction. Facial aesthetic services are also provided. Optilift is a non-invasive procedure to provide periorbital rejuvenation and improve eye lids laxity/sagging.
