Dr. Zhang has many years of clinical experience as an Ophthalmologist in China and over 25 years experience in Optometry and Myopia progression control with Ortho-K (night contact lenses), and Misight (soft peripheral defocus lenses, GP multifocal lenses, low dose Atropine and newly FDA approved Stellest lenses. His prefund training and experience makes him a trustworthy doctor to bring your children and whole family for eyecare services.  

Dr. Zhang is specialized and focus in Myopia progression Control using Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) which are procedures to correct and treat myopia and slow down its progression. Dr. Zhang is highly experienced and has been actively engaged in the practice of Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) with advanced technology (e.g. Wave design) for over 20 years. Dr. Zhang Is a Fellow and active member of American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control (FAAOMC) and International Academy of Orthokeratology (FIAO).
Our office has recently been equipped with Optilight and Optilift for dry eye treatment. Optilight from Lumenis is the only FDA approved IPL for treatment of dry eye and Meibomian gland dysfunction on the market.
